Assessment Overview
In today’s business world, it can be difficult to select employees with the correct behavioral characteristics to provide good customer service. The CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFILE™ is an assessment that measures how well a person fits specific customer service jobs in your organization. This employee assessment is based on various characteristics identified through Profiles International’s carefully compiled research. It considers both basic cognitive traits and six behavioral traits found to be most significant in the provision of good customer service. further, the survey “customer service perspective” component of the assessment identifies the degree of alignment of the test-taker with that of the company.
Purpose
CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFILE™ is used primarily for selecting, onboarding, and managing customer service employees.
